Service Description

NubHub provides entertainment-based gender prediction services using ultrasound scan analysis. We employ AI technology combined with human review to provide predictions based on nub theory. This service is strictly for entertainment purposes and should not be considered medical advice or diagnosis.

Medical Disclaimer

Our predictions are not medically verified and should never replace professional medical advice. The accuracy of nub theory predictions is estimated at around 85-90% at 12-13 weeks under ideal conditions, and no early prediction is guaranteed. Always consult with your healthcare provider for official gender confirmation. We are not responsible for decisions made based on our predictions.

Payment & Pricing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout before you pay. Launch offer: the first 100 nub theory orders placed from 10 October 2026 pay the launch price of £29 (optional bundles cost extra); after that the nub theory prediction is £39.99. The number of launch places remaining is shown live on our website. Payment must be completed before your result is released. AI keepsakes are priced individually, as shown on each product page and at checkout. We accept major credit and debit cards.

Refund Policy

If our prediction is incorrect, you are eligible for a full refund by providing your 20-week scan confirmation. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your 20-week scan. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. If your scan image is unclear, we will issue an automatic refund.

AI Keepsakes

Our AI keepsakes — Christmas Announcement Studio, Meet Your Baby, Reveal Night and Lullaby in Your Voice — are digital products made with artificial intelligence, for fun and as mementoes. They have no medical meaning. Meet Your Baby portraits are artistic imaginings, not a prediction of how your baby will look. AI can make mistakes, so please check anything before you share it.

What you add. Only upload photos, scans and recordings you have the right to use. Everyone pictured must be an adult who has agreed to their photo being used. Lullaby in Your Voice may only use your own voice: you record a consent sentence with a personal code, and the copy of your voice is deleted once your lullaby is made. We may decline to make anything that is unlawful, harmful or offensive.

Starting straight away. When you buy a keepsake you ask us to make it straight away, and you agree that you lose your 14-day right to cancel once we start (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected: if a keepsake doesn’t work or isn’t as described, contact us and we’ll fix it or refund you. Each keepsake includes a set number of AI creations and re-dos, shown in your studio.

Reveal Night. Guest votes are a game for bragging rights only. NubHub does not take entry fees, hold money or award prizes.

Using your keepsakes. They are for your personal, non-commercial use — sharing them with family and on social media is absolutely fine. Don’t present an AI voice or image as a real recording or photo in order to mislead anyone. Your studio is reached through a private link, so keep it safe.

By using our service, you acknowledge that you are at least 18 years old and understand that this is an entertainment service only. You agree not to hold NubHub liable for any decisions made based on our predictions.
